Before this, my favorite was Johnson's Bebe Young Care Classic Lip Balm, but it is slightly less moisturizing.

It's worth noting that in cold weather, this balm becomes solid, making it difficult to apply. With Johnson's Bebe, I don't have this problem, but it doesn't taste great, and you can only buy it with delivery from the EU.
