It is unclear how it removes cosmetics as the cotton pad is almost clean after using it. However, afterwards the entire face becomes greasy. The consistency of the product is strange, as it does not absorb into the cotton pad but simply pours onto it and drips off the edges. As a result, approximately 40% of the product was wasted.

This product is extremely unpleasant - it's greasy, I didn't even use half of it.
It effortlessly removes any long-lasting makeup. Since this is a two-phase product, it is natural to have a slightly oily residue. I use it to remove eye makeup, and then wash my entire face with the Loreal gel for sensitive skin (although the gel itself also effectively removes waterproof makeup, despite its light and gentle texture).

Micellar water or toner should still be used afterwards, especially for normal or oily skin. This is probably why there are negative reviews. Therefore, if you are not willing to spend on elite brands, this is an excellent compromise that won't "painfully hurt" for another useless bottle in your arsenal.
