Anti Age Spots Toning Treatment - Vichy Ideal Soleil Anti Dark Spot Spf 50
I wasn't discouraged by the reviews, so I decided to buy it. However, Vichy really messed something up here. As for the negatives, it has a yellow color, is difficult to apply, tends to roll off, and I can only apply it with a sponge. But there are also positives: it has a nice scent, evens out my skin tone, eliminates yellowing, and has SPF.
Awful cream! It doesn't apply evenly (leaves patches and is very difficult to blend), creating a mask-like effect, as if the skin is covered in grease. The texture is uneven, probably why it applies in patches and rolls off when trying to distribute it. This is the worst cream I've ever tried. I tried applying it three times, first with my finger, second with a sponge, and the third time with a damp sponge, but none of them gave satisfactory results. I'm giving it a score of 1 because I can't give it a 0. Ladies, don't fall for the brand, this product is disgusting, just a waste.
This cream works well when applied with a sponge and on well-moisturized skin, resulting in a more even tone. The only issue is that the box arrived without protective film and the tube was not sealed with foil. Previously, when I bought this brand from a pharmacy, everything was securely packaged. Therefore, I will no longer purchase this makeup, as I cannot be sure if the product is received in the appropriate quantity and quality. This is specifically a poor rating for the makeup itself.
It applies well, but the color is very yellow, even for my tan skin.
This cream feels very thick, like a very thick foundation. It has a yellow color, and I couldn't spread it properly on my face. It leaves yellow streaks and emphasizes any unevenness or dry patches on the skin.
On the positive side, it mattifies and eliminates any oily shine, and it feels pleasant on the skin.
If you have a medium to dark skin tone and can manage to distribute the cream evenly, then you might like it. I gently wiped my face with a tissue...
It has a terrible yellow tint, which is not suitable for fair-skinned individuals. It is very difficult to apply and almost impossible to achieve an even application. It would be better to choose a similar product, just without the pigment. I definitely won't be repurchasing it.
A terrible disappointment that is impossible to apply. A waste of money!
I ordered this cream on the recommendation of my cosmetologist. Of course, I had some concerns after reading the reviews, but during pregnancy, pigmentation appeared on my face and I needed to do something about it. I have fairly light skin, and the cream does have a toning effect. When you apply it, there is a slightly yellowish tint, but after about 15-20 minutes, it becomes unnoticeable and the tint disappears. I apply it on my already moisturized face with a daytime cream. The pigmentation on my face has stopped and become less noticeable. I am satisfied.
I was very disappointed. The cream is very yellow, very greasy, and it feels heavy on the skin. I wanted to mix it with my day cream, but it turned out even worse.
The cream turns yellow, but not in the same way as its La Roche Posay counterpart.
Today, I picked up the cream and decided to try it immediately. After the first application of the cream, I can say the following: you need to take a small amount of cream, otherwise it will be difficult to apply because the cream is a bit thick. When applied, the cream has a reddish color, but then it adapts and the reddishness disappears (within 3-5 minutes). The skin feels velvety and does not shine after application. If there is any flakiness on the skin, the cream will show it. The scent of the cream is pleasant. Overall, the cream is good, I would rate it 8 out of 10.
This cream is a complete disaster. I have combination skin, with an oily T-zone and slightly dry cheeks. Applying this cream is unbelievably time-consuming. It doesn't blend well, emphasizes flakiness, and is difficult to spread evenly. It also leaves marks on everything it touches: even the slightest contact with my face leaves brick-like stains on light-colored clothes! I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I tried using it over other creams and on its own, but I couldn't bear it anymore - after using it for a week, I simply threw it away.
My evaluation is currently only based on the consistency of the cream. It is very difficult to apply. I spent about 20 minutes using a damp sponge (for better application). The shade is indeed too bright (brick-like) for fair skin, but after 20 minutes of application, it adapted to my skin tone. It does not fully conceal pigmented spots. What is the point of the tinting effect then? It only hinders in this cream, it seems. I wouldn't give it a single star. I don't know how the cream behaves in the sun yet. Whether it will fulfill its purpose will be seen. If anything, I will update later.
For now, I do not recommend buying this cream. My initial impression is disappointment.
I bought this cream because I have pigmentation. I haven't seen a worse cream. It is not suitable for dry skin at all, it has an odd yellow color that is very visible on the skin. The cream is very thick and chunks up when applied. I tried to apply it on top of my regular cream, but it clumps together. Maybe it will work for oily skin, but definitely not for dry skin!!
