My hair became stiff and somehow stretched, damaged, in short, it looked terrible! Keratin helped to straighten them and returned them to a more or less normal state. The main thing is not to overdo it and not to use it too often if your hair is not severely damaged.
I really liked the Keratin. I add a little bit of it to my hair mask and then put on a plastic cap. I warm it up with a hairdryer and leave it on for 30 minutes. I rinse it off with cool water. Then I found out from my hairdresser that it needs to be diluted with distilled water (I made a 15-20% solution in a spray bottle). That's enough. After washing, I sprayed it on my hair, walked around a bit, and blow-dried it. I liked using it this way! Oh, and by the way - the consistency of the undiluted product is liquid, like water.
