The smell is a matter of personal preference, I personally didn't find it pleasant, it was herbal. However, the quality of the gel itself is excellent!

I'm giving it 2 stars because there was erosion on the gel lid, as if the jar had been exposed to moisture for a long time. The gold started blistering and peeling off in some places.

As for the delivery of the makeup, it deserves 5+!
