Developer - L'Oreal Professionnel DIActivateur 1,8% 6 Vol
Great developer! Thank you, Makeup, for the excellent service! You are the best!
The product is a good developer, and I haven't noticed any faults with it. It is more suitable for toning, as the color washes out faster. However, I am satisfied with the results, and it doesn't damage my hair.
I have been using it for 4 years now.
I really like it.
With this developer and paint from the same series, you can achieve a lasting tint even for blondes, despite the low percentage. The only thing is to follow the technique. If it's not a hot toning, immediately after lightening/bleaching, you must wash your hair before the procedure, and you can also perform healing treatments like ampoules (just not with silicone-based masks, I mean hair treatment with active ingredients). Once the hair is dry, you can start tinting. The key is not to skimp on the paint, not to try to stretch the color along the length, there should be more than enough paint on the hair. And then you will get an intense, even color that lasts, meaning the color will start to fade after 5-6 washes, but the shade will remain for a long time. I didn't succeed in tinting successfully with Dia Light paint at first (it turned out splotchy and the color was so-so, I followed the instructions on unwashed hair), but I was able to develop a system through trial and error. Very cool colors with a formula of 1:1 tone 9.01 and 9.02 will result in a pearly beige; and 1:2 tone 9.13 and 9.03 will give a soft golden shade (assuming the starting tone is at level 10). The paint almost never applied well in a "monochrome" manner, it's better to mix tones according to your taste. Maybe this review will help someone avoid my mistakes.
