Intensive Aminexil Anti-Thinning Care - Kerastase Specifique Cure Aminexil
This product is not effective and will unlikely save your hair even from seasonal hair loss. It is better to spend the money on vitamins and treat your hair from the inside. After using these ampoules, my hair falls out even more.
Complete disappointment. After completing the course and following all the recommended instructions for use, there was absolutely no effect. Other products have been more effective in dealing with seasonal hair loss. It feels like I wasted my money.
I had severely damaged and brittle hair due to coloring, but after the first use of the ampoules, the hair loss significantly diminished. Within 5-7 days of use, my hair became much stronger, stopped being elastic, breaking, and falling out.
The product is truly wonderful, I felt the results already after a week! I definitely recommend it!
This product is excellent, I bought it together with the Genesis shampoo and vitamins. It really works well and is suitable for sensitive, allergic skin. After using it for a while, I also bought the spray from the same series and used it for 3 months. The results were great, not only did it stop hair loss, but also the bald patches grew back better than with any other product I've tried before, including Crescina, which is supposed to work in all cases. The smell is pleasant and there is no burning sensation.
I highly recommend this product. It is an excellent remedy with a cumulative effect. By the 10th day, visible results are already noticeable. I plan to purchase another pack and by spring, based on my previous experience, not only will my hair stop falling out, but new hair will also grow.

It worked for me, new hairs grew on my bald spots. They are short, but they are there. I also take vitamins periodically to prevent hair loss. Maybe everything in the complex helps. As for hair loss, it hasn't decreased, I don't know why. They still fall out like before. I apply the product to the roots after washing my hair, and then I blow dry it. My friend says that I should apply it overnight, not the way I do it. I didn't find such instructions, so I do it the way it's convenient for me.

During the use of this product, I have noticed a significant decrease in hair loss after the second set of ampoules. I plan on completing a 60-day course. Additionally, I am monitoring my vitamin D and iron levels. If there are still issues with hair loss even after completing the course, it is advisable to consult a doctor and undergo the necessary examinations.
The product helped me. I used 20 ampoules. However, instead of applying 1 ampoule per day as instructed, I applied only 0.5 ampoules. One ampoule was too much.
My hair started falling out much less and I noticed a lot of new hair growth. The price of the product was justified.
After using this product for about a month, I went to a trichologist to check if my hair had started to grow. Unfortunately, there was no new hair growth. The hair loss may have slightly decreased, but there was no visible result. It is not worth the claimed price!

This product really works. After using the third ampoule, my hair started falling out less and the texture improved. Now I want to try other Kerastase ampoules.
I have just started using these ampoules, but my first impression is already positive. I really like the scent, it feels like I'm walking around my apartment after a salon visit. The ampoules are easy to use, it's a pleasure to apply the product. It doesn't make my hair greasy, absorbs quickly, and doesn't drip down from my head, unlike regular vitamin ampoules. So far, I am very satisfied and I will try to complete the treatment course.

I burned my hair with a curling iron for volume, and they started falling out in clumps, breaking right at the root. The center of my head became the main problem area, with noticeable bald patches.
I chose this product based on reviews, took a risk, and didn't regret it. I'm still continuing the treatment (42), but the results are already visible: hair loss has stopped, and hair is starting to regrow in areas where there used to be bald patches.
Out of everything I've tried, Crescina turned out to be the most effective in preventing hair loss for me. These bottles are a great support for the results I have already achieved.
Compared to what it was just recently, my hair is hardly falling out now, and I haven't even used up all the ampoules yet. At the same time, I'm using the Densifique shampoo (I know it's from a different series, but this shampoo specifically helped restore the structure of my hair and overall suits my hair). I regret not buying these ampoules earlier... Now I'm thinking about how to better maintain the effect after using them.
