Reviews about Redken Extreme Shampoo

Unfortunately, the shampoo didn't work for me. My hair became stiff and difficult to comb (even after using hair masks), and it got tangled all the way through.

Given: hair of the 4th length, porous, dyed from blond to brown 2 years ago. I buy nourishing, regenerating, and restorative shampoos/masks.

About the shampoo: it doesn't make the hair greasy, adds root volume that lasts until the next day. I'm very pleased that there is no dandruff (unlike when switching to other shampoos). It gently cleanses. Satisfied.

The shampoo is good, thick, and economical. It cleanses the scalp well and has a pleasant scent. However, it should be used with a conditioner as it tends to dry out the hair. I didn't notice any special shine or extra volume in my hair after using it. In my opinion, the price for this product is too high. You can buy other products for a more reasonable price.

Amazing shampoo. However, it needs to be used together with the conditioner and immediately with the non-rinsing healing product of this series. I have tried Redken in other bottles. I didn't like it at all, only the extreme version, in blue bottles and as part of the set. The mask of the same series is even better. I have fine hair that breaks and falls out. This series is simply a lifesaver.

The shampoo is good, but they sent the package very poorly packed. The bottles were just smashing against each other inside a huge box, and they were only covered with painter's tape on top. As a result, the shampoo lid was broken. It's unpleasant. The order was for 16,000, and they included one sample as a gift, and that's all.

The shampoo foams well, I bought it together with the conditioner. Pros - the hair became shinier and more voluminous. The con - the hair gets greasy very quickly. As it was mentioned in previous reviews, this is indeed a fact. If you have normal hair, not too dry or too oily, I consider this shampoo not very suitable.

I bought this product based on my hairdresser's recommendation and numerous positive reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. My hair is naturally straight and smooth, but after using this shampoo, it became as stiff as straw. Even the conditioner couldn't help.
