The fragrance is complex and heavy, definitely worth testing before purchasing! It suited me perfectly, with amazing longevity and a scent that completely represents me. It may not be suitable for lovers of fresh and floral fragrances.
I spent a long time choosing a Montale fragrance for myself at Brocard. When I saw the prices at Makeup, I was initially happy, but then I started to wonder if there was a catch. I thought that it must be a fake anyway, but I decided to check it out as there are high-quality and very good fakes out there. So, I ordered a sample to start with... :(
And it's just... sorry, awful. The smell doesn't match the name or description at all. I would simply call them "grandma's perfume" spilled in an underground workshop. I have never heard of such a terrible and overpowering fragrance anywhere!
Guys, why would you do this? If it's not the original, then don't claim it is. I am very disappointed. The smell is horrible, sickeningly sweet, as if they poured vintage-ancient perfume from a bottle and diluted it with water and cheap vodka! Now I am questioning everything else. Maybe it's not original either.
In addition, I ordered various other things for a significant amount, and they didn't even include any kind of pleasant surprise :(
My mood is ruined, and I am a lost customer. Thanks a lot!

Bitter honey. It reveals itself a little later with crushed orange-lemon leaves. A complex and intriguing scent. Definitely heavy for the summer. I received it today, applied it, and I'm satisfied with its longevity, as always with Montale. It's better to test it first. It suits me.
