In terms of consistency, it is like a cream-gel for the shower. It is quite liquid, pearly white in color, with a scent of some cream, a normal cosmetic scent. It doesn't linger on the skin and is not overpowering. I apply a drop of the product on my wet palms, without fully pressing the pump, and that is more than enough. It lathers into a rich foam, enough for the entire face and neck. One full press of the pump was enough to wash the entire entrance hall with my neighbors. You really only need a tiny amount. I have combination skin, oily in the T-zone and normal on the cheeks. It cleanses the face well, no complaints at all. Everything feels clean and fresh, without needing much effort. After washing, my skin feels soft and smooth, with a different texture. I like it. It is claimed to be for dry skin... well, I don't know, girls. Maybe for the summer. Definitely not for colder weather! But it is perfect for combination-oily skin, really. I specifically chose it for the cold weather. So far, everything is satisfactory. I haven't experienced any allergic reactions. After washing, I always follow up with toner and moisturizer. If anything changes, I will update my review.
Regarding the packaging, everything is fine. There is a little cap on the nozzle, which is very convenient if you want to take it with you in a suitcase, as nothing spills. There is an instruction manual included, and the box was wrapped in plastic film. Everything is well-packaged.
