    Great eyeliner, it truly stays put and doesn't smudge after application, and it doesn't transfer onto the eyelid. However, by the evening, it might leave a slight mark on the eyelid (I have oily skin and don't use any primers). The tip is flexible and comes with a brush, not like felt-tip markers. In my opinion, it's a great find, I highly recommend it!
