I do not recommend.

I really liked this eyeliner. I got it in shade 24, a soft brown color that is velvety and matte. It applies easily in a continuous line, and even I, who is not very good at doing makeup, can achieve nice looking winged eyeliner. You can layer it on until it dries. It stays on until I remove my makeup, although I must admit I don't wear it without a primer.

I highly recommend this product. It is an amazing eyeliner that lasts all day and catches everyone's attention.
