I agree with the negative reviews. This mascara hardly smudges, but it's quite difficult to remove. I also tried the Bell HypoAllergenic Thickening Mascara, but this one is much better.
The mascara is terrible. It hardly adds any color to the lashes, and the brush is huge and messy. And the worst part is that it's not waterproof at all. Here's a photo of my makeup after just one hour. The mascara has smudged both under and above my eyes.
I wasn't very impressed with this mascara. The brush is thick and applies a very thin layer of mascara, so it takes quite a bit of time to coat all of the lashes and really "enhance" them. Personally, throughout the day, it tends to flake and smudge a bit, so I didn't notice any significant staying power. In my opinion, the Relouis XXXL Extreme Exciting Exclusive Luxury mascara is much better.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, as this is my first experience of purchasing Polish and such affordable cosmetics. I have sensitive eyes, and the mascara passed the test wonderfully. My eyes don't itch. It doesn't flake off or smudge. For more expressiveness, it is necessary to apply it twice. It doesn't come off immediately with my micellar water, but it shouldn't because it is waterproof mascara. Thank you to the store for their promptness.

I absolutely did not like this mascara. It does not paint the eyelashes at all, and it also doesn't provide any volume.
