Face Corrector - Lancome Effacernes Longue Tenue
This product has outperformed all other correctors. It does not leave any unclear stains and does not disappear throughout the day. It covers under-eye bruises perfectly. I'll say it again, even Lancome has been forgotten because worthy products exist.
Shade 01, in case someone is interested.
It provides good coverage, but shade 2 is very pink. It looks like red circles around the eyes in daylight. I really regret not getting shade 15.
The concealer is excellent! It is affordable and a little pea-sized amount is enough to cover under-eye circles and redness. It beautifully illuminates and refreshes the eyes without settling into wrinkles. It looks very natural and lasts all day. Shade 01 is a perfect match.
Shade 015. This is a product that I will most likely come back to. Personally, this is the perfect color for me - light, without a pronounced undertone on the skin. The coverage is medium, and it blends well. Compared to my previous BB cream, the texture here is slightly lighter, and the color is more suitable. The BB cream was significantly darker. The expiration date after opening is 6 months - there is hope that I will use it all up. In the past, about a third of the tube went to waste when the expiration date passed.
I have been using it for six months. Bloggers present it as a replacement for the discontinued Clarins. However, the Clarins was better, it didn't settle into wrinkles. This one has normal shades and a satin finish (it looks like fresh skin without makeup), but it settles into wrinkles and creases on the eyelids if it gets there. It's not critical, as it can be smoothed out and powdered, but by the end of the day, it's not ideal. Either way, I will buy the same one until I find a better replacement for that Clarins. If you know of a concealer that can replace Clarins, please write it in the comments.
This product is really good, I got it in shade 02. It effectively hides imperfections and blends well with my eyeshadow.
I bought shade #2, which has a noticeable pink undertone, but it didn't work for me. The texture is decent, not too heavy, but when applied under the eyes, it creates pink circles, and I need a neutral undertone. I found a shade chart, so maybe next time I'll try shade 015, although I'm not entirely impressed with this concealer.
I bought this concealer to disguise red marks after removing moles on my face and body (those darn things take so long to fade). I was drawn to it because it has SPF 30, which is very important in my case, and I love the brand.
Shade 015 is the lightest in this range, it doesn't have a pink undertone but it's not white either, and it hardly oxidizes. The concealer is thick enough and it covers really well!
You can use it under your eyes, it hides dark circles nicely, but ONLY with moisturizer (like all concealers), otherwise it will accentuate the texture of your skin and any wrinkles if you have them.
I also noticed an unpleasant sensation on my wrist when I was testing the shade - I applied a thick layer and after some time, I felt discomfort, almost like a burning sensation in the application area. It went away after washing it off, there was no redness, but still, if you have sensitive skin, it's better to test it before buying.
Overall, it does a great job in terms of camouflage, rating it a 5.
Today I received the corrector and I am pleasantly surprised. I intuitively chose shade 2, and I made the right choice. It applies smoothly on the skin and truly covers imperfections, adapts to the skin, and does not leave visible traces of concealing. Thank you, makeup!
I am very satisfied. I have been using it for a long time. It always provides excellent results and perfectly conceals imperfections!
It provides good camouflage, but the shade is slightly darker for fair skin. There won't be any highlighting effect under the eyes, and it is generally not recommended for use in this area. It also feels tight and drying. I will be searching for another product.
It feels very nice and quickly adapts to the skin tone, but by the end of the day, it's as if it was never there.
Well, overall it's good, but I made a small mistake with the color. I have a tan complexion, so shade 2 is too light for me. However, it does cover my under-eye circles, but being 47 years old, it dries out the skin under my eyes. Give it a try.
