This product leaves stains everywhere and clings to the hair in some places. Even after 10-15 hair washes with regular shampoo, it cannot be completely rinsed off. I was only able to remove this failed experiment with a deep cleansing shampoo.

But I came up with my own way: I mix it half and half with water in a spray bottle and spray it on towel-dried hair.

This rinse is amazing, I bought it for the first time here and I'm very satisfied. My cool tone washes out very quickly, so this is a lifesaver for me. However, I don't use it exactly as it's written, I add a few drops to my hair mask at the end of washing. The effect is superb. The shade becomes cooler and effectively neutralizes yellowing. The price is also very pleasant, and I think it will last for a long time!
I consider the product to be good, but not everyone knows how to use it properly. It is as light as water, simply dilute about 5ml in a bowl at the end of hair washing and just soak your hair for a few minutes (it all depends on your hair color and desired result). My hair is dyed Garnier 7.1, and after some time, the undertone fades, so I use this tonic to refresh the cool shade by leaving it in the bowl for 3 minutes. I think blondes should not keep it for more than 30 seconds.

This is even worse than (shampoo).... Probably not the right translation.... As far as I know, all conditioners like balm are supposed to soften the hair. In this case, it's the opposite... It's a liquid that spreads all over the body and leaves blue stripes. I barely washed my hands, you have to do everything wearing gloves.

This toner does not give a green shade to my hair, and my hair feels incredibly soft after using it.

I am not sure how to accurately evaluate this product. I agree with the previous reviews, the product does leave a greenish tint on the hair! Therefore, it is necessary to be very careful. The instructions state to use approximately 1 tablespoon of rinse for 2 liters of water, but in reality, even 1 teaspoon is enough. It is absolutely not recommended to keep the hair in this water for a long time, as the tint grabs instantly! However, there is indeed an ash tone, the main thing is to choose the right proportion for yourself! Make sure to test it on control strands, preferably on the lower ones))
This product gives a green tint to bleached hair (level 10). Overall, I do not recommend it.
I have two different toners (pink and silver). I like that it doesn't tone my hair into a nuclear color, so it's impossible to overdo it. However!! The color is not what I wanted. It has a somewhat greenish-blue tint. Of course, it's not critical, there's nothing super awful about it. For example, the same toner sometimes gives completely unpredictable and intolerable results. Unlike the toner, this balm doesn't damage my hair. Overall, it's a decent product (the pink one is actually good), just not this shade.
I used to buy the violet balm from this series and I really liked it. I decided to experiment and bought this one. It didn't work at all. It tints my bleached ends in a dirty greenish shade. I'm giving it 2 stars for not drying out my hair too much.
I initially tried the pink one from this range, and now this one. It's a really cool product; it gets rid of yellow tones! You can achieve an ashy, gray shade depending on your hair. Although sometimes it does wash out into a bluish tint for me :) It rinses out well and quickly.

I didn't like all this hassle with diluting in water. The color didn't last as long as when I washed the bathtub from the pigment. That's why I add it to my hair mask or conditioner. It results in a beautiful ashy color.
Some strands turned into a grayish shade, while others remained yellow. I have light brown coloring, not blonde. I am not satisfied with the result, and it's hardly noticeable. In fact, my hair has become darker. I know I'm to blame for buying the ash toner specifically.
