Excellent moisturizing shampoo.
I really liked this shampoo! It moisturizes the hair, so when you wash it, it feels like "little snots," slippery and soft. It cleanses the scalp really well! I used to have a shampoo that left either skin or residue under my nails when I scratched my head. But this shampoo cleanses the scalp to the point that it squeaks, and moisturizes the hair!
Matrix is our favorite brand for hair care. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Great shampoo! I have been using it not for the first time and I am always very satisfied! My hair is long and always gets tangled easily. This shampoo truly moisturizes and provides smoothness. The pleasant scent is a bonus.
I didn't leave my comment right after the first or second use because I wanted to see the results after longer use. I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and balm, and after a month, I can't say that I'm satisfied. After rinsing off the shampoo, my hair becomes stiff and tangled, but the conditioner fixes the situation. There's no special effect after washing my hair, but it does have a shine. The feeling of an unfresh look appears by the end of the day.
I didn't understand the balm at all, as my hair becomes thin and very static after using it, especially if I wear winter outerwear, it sticks to everything.
I ordered the product from Europe, thinking it would be of better quality, but I was mistaken.

I didn't buy this shampoo here. It didn't work well for my curly, porous hair. It gave me the impression of unwashed hair, even though my scalp is not oily. My sister, who has blonde hair, experienced dandruff that fell off in chunks. This Matrix product is not the best. The shampoo is watery, it runs out quickly, and the results are disappointing.
The shampoo, paired with the conditioner, was a complete disappointment. I didn't feel any moisturization at all. After washing, my hair felt dull and was difficult to comb through.
P.S. I rinsed thoroughly with water.
I switched to this Matrix shampoo because my hair started getting greasy quickly. BUT! With this shampoo, not only did the speed of dirtiness not change, but there was also an addition of the fact that after washing and drying, my hair is not smooth and soft, but rather stiff and dry. It doesn't even fulfill its function of moisturizing, even though I bought it as a set with the conditioner. Overall, my impressions of the product are bad.

The shampoo is great! I bought it together with the conditioner from the same series. My hair is soft and moisturized. The only thing is that it loses a bit of volume afterwards, but it's not a big deal. Here, you have to choose between having dry but voluminous hair or moisturized hair. The hair becomes brighter.

I really liked the shampoo and conditioner from this line. My fluffy, curly hair became even more voluminous and stiff. Works much better for moisturizing and smoothing with Matrix Shea Oil.
In short, this is not a moisturizing shampoo. It is a regular shampoo that simply cleanses. It thoroughly cleanses from the first use and may excessively dry out the hair. Kerastase is much better.

The shampoo works great, but only when used with the conditioner. I recommend it. Thanks to the store for the prompt delivery, I was leaving for vacation and they delivered it in one day. For blond dyed hair, this shampoo is completely useless (at least for my bleached hair). It is extremely drying and tangles the hair! There is no moisturizing effect at all! It's better to go for the Biolage series.
