I love the clinic, but I also encountered issues with the cover. It turned out to be defective and I couldn't even test the product.
The product itself is great and works perfectly for my super-sensitive eyes. However, the packaging lid is absolutely awful! It opened fine the first few times, but then it just stopped opening altogether. I had to resort to cutting the bottle open, which was not easy. It's disappointing to see such low-quality packaging for a product in this price range, especially when it makes using the product impossible.
Not a bad product, especially if you have sensitive eyes. I took off a star because of the inconvenient lid and the high consumption. I am impressed with the balms from this series, but not with this micellar water.

This product is really great. It effortlessly removes waterproof mascara from the same brand and effectively cleanses pores from foundation. I use it before using a facial cleanser. The only thing is that it takes some getting used to the lid.

First of all, this product came to me in a miniature size as a gift. But I immediately fell in love with it. It does a pretty good job at its task and easily removes any type of makeup. Of course, it leaves an oily effect on the skin, but for me, it's a plus because I have dry skin (it soothes it) and after removing makeup, I always use a foaming cleanser that easily removes any traces of oil. Overall, if you desire reliable and gentle cleansing of the skin from makeup, then this product is definitely for you!
This product is the only one that removes my waterproof mascara easily and quickly, without the need for intense rubbing. Even the makeup remover balm from the same manufacturer doesn't remove mascara as well. I have also tried other high-end two-phase products, but Clinique is the best.
It removes well, but it is not suitable for sensitive eyes. I do not recommend using it to cleanse your eyes. Additionally, it is an oily product that leaves a greasy residue. The lid itself is inconvenient as it only opens every other time.
It is very cool and easily removes lipsticks and mascara, no need to rub or anything like that. It does leave a oily residue on the skin, but it feels really pleasant and nourishing without making it sticky. The sensation is very well balanced. A must-have in my cosmetic bag.
It removes everything completely! I don't like constantly unscrewing the lid and the greasy feeling after removing makeup, but other than that, everything is fine!

Perfectly removes long-lasting makeup. It has an oily texture that pleasantly cleanses the skin. The dispenser, however, is quite inconvenient as you have to constantly unscrew the lid and press on it. Only for this reason, I deduct one star. Other than that, the product is perfect.
This is a really great product that effectively removes makeup. Even when I use micellar water afterwards, there is nothing left on the cotton pad. It is the best makeup remover I have ever tried. The only downside is the inconvenient lid, so I transferred it to another bottle with a dispenser.
