I purchased this product not from here, about 15 years ago. The first machine had a metal head which broke off after a couple of years of use. The second one I got, as presented here, is completely plastic. I now use it carefully, trying not to apply too much pressure. It has been "alive" for over 10 years now. I am satisfied with its quality. Yes, it removes a thin layer, but that is actually good - it is safer! The most important thing is to properly steam your feet. And don't forget to change the blade!
The machine is useless. It doesn't remove anything at all. In short, it's a waste of money. By the way, it comes with only one blade, which is not mentioned in the description.
