Toning Long-Lasting Hair Color - Goldwell Colorance Color Infuse Hair Color
I decided to leave a review because I couldn't find any information about this shade in its pure form. I was a bit shocked because it darkened a lot, and in some areas, the background is a 10-9-8. The shade immediately brought everything down to an 8-7. The color is walnut, not warm or cold. I see it as neutral. Although, where the reddish background lighting was, it turned out quite warm. The advantage of this dye, unlike Matrix, is its scent and softness. I have weak hair that falls out a lot, especially during toning with Matrix, because it contains a fairly aggressive ammonia substitute. With this dye, much less hair fell out, that's a fact. The main thing is for it not to leave any rustiness behind.
It blends well. Adds volume to the hair. Doesn't raise its base at all. The only thing is that 10n has a strong yellow tone.
I have used the entire Goldwell professional line. It is a good and high-quality product.
In terms of timing, I use Colorance for toning lightened blonde hair. I mix 9BA (30ml) + 10V (15ml) + 10P (15ml) + 8CA@BP (5ml) with a 2% developer. Initially, it gives a more intense color, and after one or two washes, it becomes the perfect pearly shade.
This is a high-quality tinting dye. Shade 6A provides a subtle tinting effect without leaving any residue on the scalp. However, series number 4 is more long-lasting but tends to cover the skin, giving an unnatural appearance.

This is a great paint; I only use it.
I have been using this hair dye to tone my light blonde hair for about 3 years and it is perfect. The developer is blue. The process involves washing with shampoo, towel drying, mixing the dye, and applying it. For my hair length, which is 3, I use 30 grams of dye with 60 grams of developer. If your hair is thicker or longer than mine, or if it tends to dry out more, you will need to use more dye and developer, such as 40 grams of dye with 80 grams of developer. I leave the dye on for 15 minutes for toning because I have highlights and I don't want the natural base to become brassy. However, if your hair is completely bleached and there is no regrowth of natural base, you can leave it on for 20-25 minutes.
The quality of my hair after toning is always better than before. Specifically with this dye and developer.
I used to mix the dye in a bowl with a scale, but it was not as convenient as using a plastic bottle with a nozzle. I bought a plastic bottle with a nozzle called Comair, which was very inexpensive, and now everyone mixes the dye in it. However, you need to have the right technique when mixing it. It is much more convenient and faster. It is also easier and faster to distribute the thick dye. By the way, it also reduces the amount of dye used. With this bottle, I always have enough for 30*60. In a bowl with a brush, I sometimes ran out of this amount and it was more cumbersome to apply.
I always add mixes P and V to my blonde hair. As for the base, for example, I can use BS, BG, or even a clear bleach.
Please note that for this paint, you should use the Goldwell System 2% developer. Previously, I used the green Colorance developer, but now they have all been unified under the Goldwell System, with different percentages for different lines of paint.
I don't use the special applicator, I mix it on scales in a regular plastic bowl. Don't worry that the developer is liquid - mix it thoroughly, and a reaction will begin, turning the paint into a creamy texture that is easy to apply.
This is the first time I have seen paint without any application instructions! The description only mentions using an applicator, but which one? Where is it? How long should I hold it? How should I apply it and with what percentage of developer? I won't buy it again. Plus, it's so expensive.
I decided to switch from blonde to a reddish color. The ends of my hair were over-bleached and turned white. I decided to dye my hair at home and chose shades 7na and 8 spbk. I applied them to the roots and about 15cm down, then left it on for 30 minutes. The result was shocking - the roots turned violet, but the violet color quickly washed out. After 3 weeks, I decided to refresh the color because it fades over time. This time, I used more of shade 7na and a little bit of 8 spbk. The effect was superb! It was exactly what I needed. I have attached photos before and after 1-2 dyeing sessions. I mixed 60ml of dye with 120ml of developer.
The paint is amazing! I received it today and immediately applied it. My natural color is dark blond, but I dyed it with a blonde shade. Before toning, I lightened the roots using a 1:2 ratio of Goldwell Top Chick 10V with a 9% developer. Then, I toned the length using a 1:2 ratio of Goldwell Colorance 10V with a 2% developer. There is no trace of redness, and my hair feels smooth and nourished. It's a shame that the photos don't capture the color completely accurately. I will definitely continue using it!
I have been in love with the Goldwell brand for over 2 years now. The first time I saved my hair after a failed "bio" perm with the shade 7 NA (my natural tone is at level 6, but in this variant, I was closest to my natural color). The quality of my hair after toning was exceptional!
However, now after getting highlights and toning at the Keune salon, my hair has once again become unsatisfactory in quality, even though the brand of toning dye used was quite expensive.
But my beloved Goldwell did not disappoint me this time either. The joy of combining 9 NA and 10V is indescribable. My hair has come back to life.
Probably works well only with the original developer. I used 10bp + 1.9% Schwarzkopf and ended up with a dark gray color at a level 5-6(!) on a base of 10. It faded to a level 8 in 2 weeks. I was expecting anything but not close to black.
I naively believed that if Joico works well with non-original oxidizer, then it would work with this one too. Nope.
I am adding to my reviews. I really liked the hair dye. I bought the clear one and other colors to fill in the gaps in my hair after bleaching. My hair became fuller and smoother. It doesn't damage the hair if you use it with the corresponding developer. Those who say that the dye is not good don't know what they are talking about. My advice is to choose the right shade and lightening background. If your lightening background is 7-8-9, then using shade 10 or ultra tones won't give you any effect. But I recommend the dye. Useless paint. I purchased shades of red at levels 7 and 8. The colors are not vibrant or attractive. I do not recommend it to anyone. Wella Kolestone is much better.
Excellent hair dye! I have thin hair, not porous, medium density, with 10% gray hair. This dye covered everything and left my hair smooth and shiny. My shade is 7 NA, I left it on the roots for 15 minutes and on the rest of the length for 10 minutes. It turned out as a cool ash medium-natural blonde, exactly like my natural color. It even covered the reddish tone from a failed Inoa dyeing, which lifted my hair by 1 shade and turned rusty. But this dye fixed everything and didn't change my hair color. I only needed 30 grams of dye and 60 grams of developer. Now this is my new favorite!
This is the best tinting paint, it leaves the hair shiny and nourished. The main thing is to focus on the colors, specifically to correctly assess your original hair color and add the missing shade. I used 10V to neutralize the yellowness and added 10BG. The result was a cool beige without any green or gray tones. 10P and 10BS are not suitable for blondes in their pure form. If your hair is not sufficiently lightened and has a yellow/copper hue, a level 10 paint will not completely cover it.
I used shade 10BG and the developer from the same brand and series, but the resulting shade was darker than what was shown on the color palette. It turned out more like a golden-blonde color. I had read many reviews on forums, so I knew what to expect. I should have bought an additional shade, either 10Р or 10V, and mixed it 50/50. However, I decided to save money, but now I will buy it anyway and tone my hair in a month because I want a slightly lighter shade with a hint of color, not golden or ashy blonde, but something in between. My hair feels soft and silky after using it, but I can't say much else yet since I just dyed it.

Immediately after toning, it has a pronounced purple shade. After 1-2 hair washes (with an active restorative mask), the purple almost disappears, leaving a certain ashy-pearl hue that remains even after 3 weeks. Only the intensity of the main color washes out, if I may say so, the darkness washes out.
In the photo - freshly toned hair, previously dyed (damaged after the paint formula update!!!) Garnier, sunny beach. I dyed with it for 10 years, but after the "improvement," it burned everything in one go, so I had to cut off more than 30 cm. The strands were dry and stretched, like wet ones, impossible to fix with hands, let alone comb them((
From top to bottom:
1. Near the window, in the shade, but with active sunlight.
2. In the sun, indoors.
3. Indoors, without additional lighting.
I really liked the paint, the hair became more resilient, in a way, harder, but not dry. They stopped stretching and feel very alive.
I tinted my lightened roots with a sandy shade, and the length with an ashy one (10 v). The result came out somewhat uneven, but the hair quality is fine, and the scent is pleasant. I will try other shades and experiment further, especially since I still have almost a liter of developer left.
The best tinting paint out of all that I have tried. If you follow the technology and have a good understanding of coloristics, this is the best option for achieving cool ash shades. It absolutely doesn't damage the hair (and it can't, as its oxidizer percentage is only 1.8%). I hope Makeup will expand their range with all the dye shades.
