Intensive Hydrating Cream - La Roche-Posay Hydraphase UV Intense Legere Long Lasting Intense Rehydration SPF20
Good cream. It is lightweight, like a fluid. My combination skin instantly absorbed it, without whitening or becoming sticky. The foundation applied smoothly without any issues.
This product does not provide any moisturization at all.
Not a bad cream, it suited my combination skin for the winter. I was exactly looking for moisture and sun protection. There is a slight shine on my forehead throughout the day, but it is not noticeable. I apply it over my foundation and it gives a perfect matte finish.
The cream is not very good. I like the consistency, it's not too thick and not too runny. It feels very pleasant on my sensitive skin. I can see that my skin looks healthy. I will definitely buy it again when it runs out.
I didn't like this cream, even though I usually enjoy products from this brand. I have combination skin. I previously tried the Hydrophase without SPF and it was fantastic. However, this one leaves a greasy shine and oily film on my face, making it constantly shiny like a pancake. Additionally, it stains collars and leaves yellow marks that are difficult to remove. It just sits on the shelf now, as I have no desire to use it. Very disappointing.
"It didn't work for me - it irritates sensitive skin. In the most sensitive state (after showering), it stings and turns red. It's a pity because I like the texture and scent. I use it to moisturize my hands before going out in the sun, it's fine. Initially, I mistakenly wrote this review for another product."
What a strange story with this cream. In the 40ml format, it has an SPF of 25, but in the 50ml format, it only has an SPF of 20. How is that possible in the same cream but different volumes? I expected the cream to have an SPF of 25. It's a bit disappointing, so I'm deducting one star for this. However, the cream itself is good.
This cream is really cool. I was uncertain about getting it for the summer as I thought it might be too oily for daytime use, but no, it's great for both morning and night. Thank you! I love this brand!
This product effectively moisturizes the skin and diminishes fine lines, it suited me well.
What a waste of money! This product is greasy, thick, and doesn't get absorbed by the skin at all; it actually makes it even more oily. I've had a full jar sitting there for months, while instead, I bought an amazing protective matte cream for problematic, oily, and combination skin from a Ukrainian brand for 150-200 UAH, and I use it happily every day.
I bought this product at the pharmacy hoping for good hydration and sun protection for my combination and sensitive skin with redness (rosacea). It has a very unpleasant smell, like a toilet air freshener, and it leaves a shiny film on the skin. Later, I noticed some spots and increased redness on my cheeks. I have been using creams and cleansers from La Roche-Posay for a long time, but this product was very disappointing for its price! I do not recommend it.
I purchased this cream at a pharmacy. It is a terrible cream as it causes a burning sensation and redness on the skin after application, almost like applying acid. It does not absorb completely and leaves a sticky residue. I tried it several times, preparing my facial skin differently each time to compare and determine the cause of this reaction, but the result was always the same. I have normal combination skin. I have used other creams from this brand before and everything was fine, but this one is simply awful. It's a waste of money. I do not recommend it to anyone.
I bought it at the pharmacy. The cream costs around 30 hryvnias. It has a greasy texture and an unpleasant smell, which unfortunately caused an allergic reaction. This experience has made me completely hesitant about trying La Roche products in general.
I have bought this cream for the second time, based on the recommendation of a cosmetologist. I really like it; it has a light texture, moisturizes well, and absorbs easily. However, this time the cream has a pinkish tint. It seems like the cream has somehow separated
Allergy. I purchased it at the pharmacy. After the very first use, my face turned red and started to sting - just like many other girls have experienced here.
I developed an allergic reaction to this cream, causing itchiness and a stinging sensation on my face. This product is absolutely terrible, my friends.
When I apply this product, it starts to burn. My skin is combination, but now it feels extremely tight and my cheeks have become red. DO NOT BUY!!! La Roche has been a huge disappointment.
Although the cream is advertised as suitable for sensitive skin, it actually causes allergies.
Unfortunately, I developed an allergy to this cream. I have never experienced such a reaction with other products from the same brand.
It didn't work for my combination skin, as it was too greasy. Maybe it's suitable for autumn or spring, but definitely not for summer. I didn't like it after the first use, even though I had previously used the same series without SPF and the blue packaging - that one was just great.
The product is not suitable for combination skin as it tends to be a bit oily. After about six hours, it feels like a mask on the face even without any makeup applied. I couldn't use it at night at all because it caused inflammations.
It caused a photoallergic reaction, most likely due to butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane. This widely used low-quality sunscreen component often leads to such reactions in skin prone to rosacea and post-acne.
I would not say that it is suitable for sensitive skin. I recommend everyone with such characteristics to find something better for themselves, for example, with more modern chemical filters or titanium dioxide.
Good day, I have combination skin and have been using this cream for over six months (winter, spring, and part of summer). It has been a perfect fit for me, causing no allergies, providing excellent moisturization, absorbing well, and leaving no mask-like feeling. It has no scent. I didn't purchase it here.
The cream didn't work for me. My skin immediately turns red and burns, and I also didn't like the smell. It's very specific, not what I would expect from a cream of this brand. Additionally, the packaging is very inconvenient. It's impossible to take the right amount of cream right away, as the dispenser releases too much.
I completely disagree with the enthusiasm surrounding this cream. Unfortunately, it did not work for me - it caused irritation and a burning sensation on my skin. It's a pity I wasted my money because I obviously won't be using this cream.
In addition, it has a pleasant but quite strong scent. The cream is a bit too greasy - for the summer, I would prefer something with a lighter texture.
I like this cream. I was in Thailand and I applied the cream for sun protection. I have oily-combination skin.
I walked under the sun and here's what I noticed: the entire face where I applied the cream didn't get tanned. However, I accidentally left a strip of skin on my forehead near the hairline - it turned red. There's even a photo where it's clearly visible.
The cream does a good job protecting against the sun, but it can make the skin slightly greasy during summer. It's fine during winter.
This is my absolute favorite cream. I bought it for my dry skin and because it has SPF 20. It is very lightweight, like milk. It spreads well on the skin, absorbs quickly, and provides excellent moisture without causing makeup to roll off.
I didn't buy the cream here, but I still want to leave a review. I bought this cream with SPF 20 for spring because of the sun, you know. However, due to the current quarantine situation, I haven't had many encounters with the sun, so I can't say anything about its sun protection properties. The cream is advertised as intensely moisturizing, but it doesn't moisturize my dry skin well enough (it became dry after spending a lot of time indoors, it used to be combination). In the first week, it caused slight redness and a burning sensation on my skin (I don't understand why), but I'm not the only one who experienced this reaction, so it's not about individual intolerance or allergies. Despite this, I continued to use it because my skin still needed hydration, and there was nothing else to use at home, especially considering that makeup orders take months to arrive(!) So, after a week and a half of use, the burning sensation subsided, but the moisturizing effect is still weak for dry skin (the cream itself is light and weightless), so I wouldn't call it intensely moisturizing, rather a light moisturizer. I deducted two stars for the burning sensation and the inconsistency between the advertised and actual effects. (I can't give it 0 stars because I love some La Roche creams.)
The cream fully meets all the stated characteristics. Dehydrated skin, after exposure to wind and sun, recovers its normal appearance literally after a few uses.
I really like this brand of cosmetics, but unfortunately, this particular cream caused an allergic reaction for me.
My face felt unbearably hot and I developed an allergic reaction. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for this product, as other creams from this brand worked wonders for me. But now I've been treating my allergy for a week and I won't take the risk again. Maybe I'll use something else instead of the hand cream.
I have been using different creams and cleansers for many years, and I tried this one for the first time in spring-summer. When I applied it to my entire face, I experienced unpleasant sensations and my skin felt like it was burning. However, I found a solution for my combination skin. I apply a tiny drop on the areas where I have freckles: cheeks, nose, and a little on my forehead. For the rest of my face, I use hydreane legere and everything is fine. The freckles do not increase in number, and there are no unpleasant sensations. Although, yes, I agree, it is disappointing that it cannot be used as a full-fledged cream.
I bought this cream because I was looking for a lightweight day cream with SPF. However, like previous girls mentioned, I had an allergic reaction. The first day was fine. On the second day after applying, there was a slight redness and burning sensation on my cheeks. On the third day, it burned even more. On the fourth day, there was severe redness and intense burning. It's strange because my skin is not sensitive or prone to allergic reactions. I am very disappointed because I started my introduction to the brand with this cream. I would like to hear a response from an official representative because I am not the first one to complain about this reaction to a product that is positioned for "sensitive skin." In the end, I can just throw away the almost unused bottle. I am attaching a photo.
After applying the cream, my face turned red and started to burn. As a result, I developed an allergy all over my face and neck. The cream didn't suit me, even though I have been using this brand for a long time.
This is my favorite product that I have been using for a couple of years. It moisturizes very well, absorbs quickly, is not sticky, and has a pleasant scent. Before, I used professional creams that I bought from a cosmetologist, but this one still suits me the best.
In my opinion, the quality of La Roche-Posay has deteriorated. I used to use this cream and other products from this brand. After ordering the cream, my entire face became covered in red spots after the first use. I was very surprised because I had used this cream before. The next day, I tried applying it again, thinking that maybe it was related to something else, but no, my face turned red again and I had to immediately wash off the cream. The spots only disappeared the next day. I didn't want to take any more risks, so I gave the cream to my sister, who has combination skin and has never had an allergy. But after using this cream, her entire face turned red, just like mine. It's really disappointing, especially considering that the cream is not cheap. Now I only use Uriage.
I have dry skin. This cream didn't quite meet my expectations for the winter as I don't feel enough moisture. I decided to order another cream from the same brand specifically for dry skin, and I'll save this one for the summer.
This product was not suitable for combination skin at all. I take good care of my skin, cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. But after just 15 minutes, my face feels like it's been smeared with oil and my skin can't breathe at all. It's also not suitable for makeup, as it tends to slide off. The smell is reminiscent of cheap sunscreen and it lingers all day long! It's very disappointing that there's no option to purchase a sample, especially considering the high price of the cream. I didn't buy it here.
I have combination skin and it was dehydrated when I bought the cream. The cream really helped to restore it to its normal state. Every time I apply it, I feel comfortable and it doesn't overload my skin. It absorbs quickly, has a light scent, and cosmetics apply even better with it. The only thing is that it gives a slight shine effect, so if someone prefers a matte makeup look, they will have to struggle a bit. Another detail is that my T-zone gets oily since it's not a mattifying cream, but rather intensively moisturizing. However, it's not a problem for me as I can always correct it with powder. In winter, my skin also responds well to the cream, considering that I also use products for problematic skin and sometimes do nourishing masks, so it's enough for me. This cream didn't cause any acne for me. I would buy it again, but the price is a bit steep.
I did not like the cream. It is difficult to apply and leaves the skin feeling greasy.
I agree that my face looks like a greasy pancake after using this product. I have to use powder every time after applying it.
I liked the cream, it absorbs well and soothes the skin. The scent is neutral, which is a plus. The cream format with a dispenser is very convenient.
I have combination skin and the cream turned out to be too greasy for it. Throughout the day, it doesn't absorb and leaves a greasy layer on my face. It feels like all the dirt and dust stick to it, and there is a constant desire to wash it off. Additionally, small breakouts appeared.
I would like to draw the attention of users to the composition of creams from this brand. It is not always made up of completely safe ingredients. I recommend using professional cosmetics more often, rather than pharmacy products.
I am honestly disappointed with this cream. I bought it for the first time because my skin is quite dry and it moisturizes it adequately, but there is no "wow" effect. If I don't use the cream for a day, my skin feels tight. A significant downside is that it leaves a horrible oily shine. I haven't used powder for several years, but after two to three hours of using this cream, my makeup simply melts off, and my forehead and nose become shiny.
I am satisfied with other La Roche products, and the store's service is excellent.
Great cream! I have been using it together with the face wash gel and thermal water from the same brand. I have been using it for three months now and the color and condition of my skin have improved significantly. Before, I often had pimples, but now my skin is smooth and healthy. This is now my favorite cream! I highly recommend it. It works well for my oily skin.
This is absolutely amazing! Just what I needed for my makeup. The cream itself is wonderful, although it does tend to run out quickly, which is the only downside.
Awesome! The only downside is that it lasted only 16 hours, which is enough for only 4 months.
This product is perfect for my dry and problematic skin during the winter period. It has a pleasant scent, is economical to use, and effectively nourishes and moisturizes the skin. It also works well as a makeup base. I am very pleased with the presence of SPF. Overall, I am satisfied with this product :)
This cream is a must-have for me. It effectively takes care of dry patches on the skin. This time, I bought it with a discount and received a set of miniatures as a gift through a promotion. It was a delightful surprise. Thank you, Makeup!
