It effectively removes makeup (of course, it works best only for pigments of the same brand, as they cannot guarantee results for other brands, especially those in the mass market). I have been using Salerm brand exclusively for over 3 years, but I mostly order from Europe because it's cheaper and they have a wider range of products available.
