The ingredients are decent, but it contains amodimethicone, which is a silicone that is not suitable for fluffy and curly hair. Therefore, this mask had almost no effect on my hair, even though I left it on for 20-30 minutes. In theory, silicones should smooth the hair, but this doesn't work for me, as well as for many other wavy/curly/fluffy hair types, because they often do not respond well to silicones. However, for straight and slightly fluffy hair, this mask should work well due to the presence of oils, which provide good hair protection.
