I believe the gel is effective because it truly soothes the scalp. The texture is good, thick but not runny, the only downside is that the volume is small (75ml).
The gel is awesome! It really heats up, which is quite pleasant, and it means that blood flow is enhanced and it has an effect. Unlike homemade masks with pepper and mustard that burn like hell, the best part is that the gel is thick and doesn't run into your eyes like the oils offered in pharmacies. Can't wait for it to be available.
I didn't like it at all. The description mentioned spicy pepper, and it burns horribly on the scalp. And if it gets in your eyes, ooh, it's terrible. But I still used it as a substitute for a mustard mask, and the effect was the same. I won't be buying it again.
