This is a very good eyeliner. It is perfect. It nicely emphasizes the eye contour, applies smoothly, opens up the eyes, and adds brightness (with a pearly effect). I have purchased it in other shades as well, but this one is my favorite.

The eyeliner arrived unsealed and in such a condition as if someone had already used it and then diluted it with water. Is this makeup a new innovation from the manufacturer or your employees? You have disappointed me as a customer who has trusted you for many years. It's very unfortunate.

This is an absolute nightmare, the worst eyeliner I have ever had. My eyes became like panda eyes after just two hours, it smudges terribly. I do not recommend it to anyone.
