The delivery from the website was fast. However, the product did not suit my hair. It damaged my blonde hair. Although it was recommended by my hairdresser.
One of my favorite ampoules. After using them, my hair feels moisturized, soft, obedient, and has a healthy and well-groomed appearance.
I have only done three procedures so far, but the effect after using it is amazing. My hair is shiny and voluminous, it looks great, like silk.
I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging format, as each jar comes with a sprayer that is already included in the set. This is very convenient, as usually other products come in ampoules and you need to separately purchase a jar with a sprayer for them.
I am satisfied with my purchase.
The ampoules are fantastic. I used them precisely according to the instructions. My hair is smooth, voluminous, and well cared for.
I love Kaaral and these ampoules. Especially with the Hydra mask. However, I suggest correcting the price per unit, as there seems to be an obvious mistake.
I didn't like them. I bought them based on reviews. They really dry out the hair, even when I followed the instructions. I applied the ampoule, emulsified it - but there was no effect at all. I tried different ampoules, but these ones were just terrible. I also tried applying a hair mask on them - but there was still no effect, and eventually the ampoules just dried out my hair.
Terrible ampoules. They really dry out the hair. I have naturally thick hair without using a hairdryer/straightener. I tried them with a hydrating mask, and it was awful. The mask is excellent, but not in combination with this "miracle" product. It took a long time to restore my hair, and I had to cut off some parts. They didn't work for me, so I can't recommend them. It would be convenient to have this product available individually.
After several months of using the ampoules + hydrating masks, my hair started to break off. The ends became horribly dry. I switched to another mask and within a couple of weeks, my hair stopped breaking off. However, every time I apply the ampoule, a bunch of hair remains on my hands (even during washing). My hair type is thin and colored. I do not recommend it.
I am very satisfied with these ampoules! The manufacturers have done a great job. Besides selling high-quality ampoules that make the hair soft and nourished, the packaging is also excellent to use. They included a dispenser, which makes application convenient: open the ampoule, insert the dispenser, apply it to the hair, and put the dispenser back in the box.
I have something to compare it with. I decided to try something different for variety and ordered Kerastase. After using their ampoules, my fingers hurt because it was so difficult to squeeze out the content.
That's why I won't experiment anymore and will go back to these ampoules!
I accidentally took a photo of my friend and will attach the result here. I have fluffy, porous, dyed hair - it's a disaster! And here is the effect in the photo after using the ampoules and blow-drying.
Every product requires skillful usage. I have thin, low-porous hair, half of which is blonde. I apply half of the ampoule on damp hair, squeezed with a towel, and lather it for 2 minutes. Then, I apply the moisturizing mask Kaaral Hidra on top and leave it under a cap for 40 minutes. The result is very moisturized, fluffy hair. I make this moisturizing bomb once every 10 days. Thanks to this, I haven't trimmed my ends for a year, and the cut is almost the same as it was a year ago - straight, with hair almost reaching my waist. I will definitely continuously order the ampoules!
These ampoules are very good. They truly restore the structure of the hair, and after the first use, the hair becomes lightweight, loose, and soft. One ampoule is enough for two applications, but it's better to leave it on for an hour, you can even put a shower cap on top and a towel for a thermal effect. I highly recommend them, as I have tried many different ampoules and serums, but these are currently my favorite.
These ampoules are fantastic! I love Italian products - they know what they're doing! They do an excellent job of restoring hair! The shine and smoothness are luxurious! The scent fades away during the day, but it doesn't bother me because hair quality is more important. I apply them according to the instructions, without going overboard! I highly recommend not experimenting - it clearly states in the instructions to leave it on for 5 minutes, so just follow that! And yes, apply ONLY ON THE LENGTH, not on the roots! And then you won't have to wait long for results!
I didn't buy it here. I bought a few ampoules from different brands separately to try and see which one suits me best. Out of all the ampoules I ordered, these turned out to be excellent right from the first use. I don't know what kind of provocation is behind the negative reviews, but within 5 minutes, they gained softness, easily detangled my hair, and gave it smoothness and shine. I will purchase the entire course of these ampoules. I also want to see what results I can achieve if I leave them on for more than 5 minutes.
Ampoules - a miracle. I am delighted with the day when my friend recommended them to me. I have already used 2 packs. I use them seasonally - in spring and autumn. I use half of the 12 ampoules and mix them with a tablespoon of my favorite mask. After that, my hair becomes soft, voluminous, and healthier. The only downside is the smell, but it also washes off. So I recommend them to everyone!
I have tried various ampoules, but these are the best! They truly nourish the hair, giving it a natural look and shine. They are a lifesaver for blondes! I highly recommend not experimenting and using these ampoules.
Effective ampoules that truly restore hair and provide a cumulative effect. I've been using them occasionally for many years. I use them on my heavily bleached, curly, porous hair. After using the ampoules, there's no need to apply additional haircare products. The scent is pleasant, cosmetic-chemical, slightly citrusy, and doesn't smell awful as often mentioned in reviews.
The updated packaging version has a convenient cap (no need to break the ampoule like before), and it also comes with a pipette and spray.

Girls, everyone has different hair and different sensitivity to smells. So let's write about ourselves only, instead of shouting that the product is rubbish and terrible. I have highlighted hair, very thin but dense. I can't bring myself to cut off the dry split ends. As a result, my hair is impossible to comb due to small knots. Oils and masks save the day. I decided to try the ampoule. I bought it individually (expensive makeup, I would be glad if you also had this opportunity). It opens easily, and yes, it has an alcoholic smell. It reminded me of a triple cologne with lemon. Later, when applying it, I heard the smell of caraway seed... very pleasant)))) Half an ampoule was enough for my shoulder-length hair. I applied it only on the hair, not on the scalp. I kept the emulsion for about 10 minutes at most. I will say right away that during the emulsion process, I felt that the ends came to life. I let it air dry. The hair dried in the usual amount of time. There was no super wow effect or smooth surface, but the hair is SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! I was able to comb it without ripping out clumps, and there was 80% less hair left on the comb. I am satisfied!!! The ampoule worked for me. I will use it again.
The effect is visible from the first time! My hair feels incredibly soft and silky, and even the dry ends have improved significantly after the first use. I hope that after completing the entire treatment, I won't even recognize my own hair!
The smell is terrible, and because of it, I couldn't bring myself to use the product for a long time, but then I got used to it. The effect is definitely there, after six months, I noticed small hairs all over my head. I'm a blonde and I do these treatments once a year in the fall. I will definitely repurchase.
Strange ampoules. I bought them as a treatment after dyeing my hair with the same brand's 9.0 color and 1.8% developer. But no miracle happened. Not only did my hair become much drier and more porous after the dye (I was a blonde with Garnier), but the ampoules made it even worse. Now, neither a mask, nor oils, nor conditioner can help me achieve a somewhat decent look. That's my sad experience.

These ampoules are my favorite! My hair looks amazing, smooth, and shiny after using them. The only thing is that there is a lingering smell on the hair, but it washes away after the next hair wash. Use only on the length of the hair, avoiding the roots by 10-15 cm. This product restores dry ends.
Indeed, my hair got severely damaged after using these ampoules. I couldn't understand why there were so many enthusiastic reviews?! And why did I experience the opposite effect? I was informed that there is alcohol in the ingredients, which dries out the hair significantly. How did I not think of that myself? The strong smell of alcohol is noticeable as soon as you open the ampoule! Truly, the hair becomes extremely dry, tangled, and prone to split ends afterwards. The hairdresser who recommended them insisted on their continued use, showing me a nearly bald woman and claiming that she saved her hair using these ampoules. Horrible... Don't trust anyone - these ampoules ruin hair!
To be honest, I am shocked by the previous review. Kaaral is a professional Italian cosmetics brand that offers exceptional care and restoration! I have been using their products for a long time and I highly recommend them, especially the Hydra and Reale series.
Girls, don't fall for the description, protect your hair from this garbage! I used to have good hair. After frequent use of blow dryers, straighteners, and coloring, my hair became thin, dry, and brittle. I decided to buy these capsules to give them a little treatment. The smell was very strong, like carrots, and it was difficult to wash the hair and get rid of the smell. After washing, the hair would tangle and become impossible to comb. It would have been fine, but then I started experiencing some hair loss. There was more hair left on the comb than usual (I used the capsules for 3 months), and eventually, while washing my hair one day, a large clump of hair fell out in my hands. I went to a trichologist in Kiev. The doctor showed me my hair under a microscope. The doctor was shocked, and I was horrified. This product (I didn't use any other hair treatments simultaneously, to avoid confusing these "miracle capsules" with any other masks, I only used shampoo) severely damaged my scalp. It was burnt, and the hair follicles were affected. There were many empty "pits" where hair should have been, but they fell out and will never grow back because these capsules burned those areas. The doctor prescribed treatment and recovery, which has been ongoing for two years now. Even hair transplantation couldn't help me because my scalp was so damaged that there was nowhere to transplant the hair. Girls, take care of yourselves, your hair, and NEVER BUY THESE CAPSULES!!!
