Not a bad moisturizing eye cream. It's not professional cosmetics, but for its price, it's quite decent in my opinion. I apply it at night and I like it. As for the claim that it creates a skin lightening effect, I can't say for sure. But the vitamins in its composition are aimed specifically at this issue.
