I bought this product for the beach to protect my hair from the sun. I used it generously, but it is still lasting quite economically. The scent is not overpowering. Additionally, I bought a lot of other hair products, so even after constant exposure to salty water, my hair remains alive and not "killed," although the ends have suffered. I believe this product also deserves credit for that.
