I agree with the comments: as a conditioner, it works wonderfully, but as a tinted conditioner, it's a complete failure. It doesn't tint at all, not even if you leave it on for 30-50 minutes. However, it does nourish the hair excellently, but that's where its positives end.

This conditioner is amazing. I chose the Perla shade and left it on my hair for 50 minutes. My hair, which is naturally blonde but dyed a light pink as intended, looks fantastic. If you want a more vibrant color, simply leave it on for a longer period of time.
