I give it 3 stars. The hair loss has indeed stopped, but there are some issues. The smell is awful and both my husband and I feel a slight itchiness. It feels like there is some sort of film covering our scalp. By the way, it dries out my hair and my husband has developed dandruff. I made the mistake of buying the 1000 ml size half a year ago and we have just finished it. It was unbearable to use. However, I have to give credit to it because it truly stopped our hair from falling out. But I won't buy it again.
