When I first held it in my hands and shook it a little, it immediately reminded me of a marker, as if there was a reservoir of ink made of fibers inside :)
Drawing an arrow was a bit problematic, there was a lack of pigmented ink, so I had to press a little harder. I don't know, maybe the marker tip dried out and will develop over time. I will leave a comment later on whether the tip developed or not.
I wore it with the arrows all day long, and they didn't smudge.

Awful! This product is supposed to be new, but there is hardly any pigment. It doesn't draw well at all! The pigment only appears if you press down really hard and bend the brush. It's impossible to create a smooth line, it ends up looking crooked and sporadic. I store it upright and even tried testing it on my wrist beforehand, but it doesn't help. I wasted my money and time on this for makeup.

I applied it over the base - it lasted the whole day! And nothing smudged, maybe I just need to remove the oil from my eyelids? I am satisfied with my purchase.
