I liked the balm. I guess it all depends on the hair structure. My hair is frizzy and voluminous, and the balm smoothens it and reduces the volume a bit. That's why it suited me perfectly. Thank you to the website and the courier for the excellent work.

The balm is absolutely useless. It is very watery and has zero effect.
