The foam is good, but otherwise nothing.

Balms and masks are really not needed after using it. Just pure delight!!! I wash my hair every 5 days and it looks clean and well-groomed. The consumption is minimal, and my hair is shoulder-length.

Regarding the volume - all 3 were equally filled, a little more than half. Perhaps that's the standard filling.
