The manufacturer has provided a convenient dispenser, and the consistency is the same as in 2018, with no lumps, etc. The result is amazing from the first use: the hair is soft and manageable. I would like to add that a few days ago I received a package with a replenishment of balms, and it was a complete failure. Clearly, the composition has changed, as the balm has become liquid with some lumps, just as others have mentioned before. The consumption has greatly increased, and the effect that the balm used to provide is completely absent now. It is very disappointing that manufacturers act in such a way, turning a wonderful product into something useless.

I can't say anything about activating dormant bulbs, but for my thin and oily-prone hair, this conditioner is a true gift! The consistency is very pleasant, almost slightly soapy, with a small amount going a long way and spreading evenly throughout the hair. It moisturizes excellently without weighing it down. After using it, my hair is easy to comb through, and even without styling, it still has good volume. I'm thrilled! I've been ordering it not just for the first time, and I will continue to order it again and again.

I didn't like the balm, it caused an allergic reaction in the form of pimples on my head((((( It contains silicone, so it's very likely that the product clogged my pores.
