This is a very good product, better for me than the Kaaral lotion and better than the Kaaral ampoules. However, you need to know the right amount to use. Do not use it before or after aggressive treatment on the scalp, like hair dyeing for example. Otherwise, it will "burn your scalp" - it's not deadly for the hair, but the sensation is unpleasant and long-lasting.
When using it for the first time, don't pour half the bottle on your head right away... try a couple of drops first, walk around for 1-2 hours, listen to how your skin feels...
I enjoy the cool/heat sensations on my wet head :) but I usually use it on the second day after washing to not irritate the scalp too much.
