I really love this balm! I keep coming back to it 10 times after trying many different ones. I waited for it from Europe for about 5-6 days and I'm satisfied with the purchase! I have thin hair with colorless ends that have grown out for a long time, and I don't want to dye them. I have lightened hair and have purchased this conditioner multiple times. It pairs well with the shampoo for colored hair from the same brand. I have tried different rinses to make it easier to comb my hair after washing, and this one and Schwarzkopf are the ones that worked for me. It makes my hair soft and easy to comb, which is important after coloring. I will be reordering it again.

I used to buy this balm before, and the smell was completely different, like expensive perfume, but it seems they have changed the fragrance now. Nevertheless, I still liked it.

The shampoo from this series works great. I have long, blond, dyed hair and I really like it. The color, of course, I wouldn't say it preserves, but it moisturizes excellently. It cleanses and softens well, and after using the conditioner, it also detangles perfectly. Overall, it's an excellent series.

No effect whatsoever, simply prevents the hair color from fading, but makes the scalp oily.
