I don't understand the negative reviews, but for me, it was love at first use. There is no hair sticking together, on the contrary, it becomes loose and shiny (waist-length). It was a perfect fit for me, I used it on dry hair.
This product effectively seals the hair, enveloping and protecting each strand. It is very economical to use. I recommend applying two pumps onto your palm, rubbing it in, and evenly distributing it throughout the length of your hair. Comb through and make sure to dry with a hair dryer.
This product is terrible. It makes my hair stick together as if I sprayed it with glue. I have to wash my head again immediately after using this spray because my hair becomes sticky and it's disgusting! Please refund my money.

I have tried many things for my long, straight, and uncolored hair. This product is simply amazing! It is worth the money. One bottle lasted me for a year (sometimes alternating with other products).
But you need to know how to use it! It is best to squeeze out 2-3 drops onto your hand and spread it through your hair. It may seem like a small amount, but it is enough. And be sure to blow dry your hair. If you let it air dry, your hair will become straw-like and then quickly become greasy.
The smell is definitely a matter of personal preference, but it is worth it. Although the price is a bit steep.

I applied the product to damp hair with about 5 sprays, but when my hair dried, it became straw-like and sticky, which disappointed me. But this leave-in conditioner, I applied it after washing my hair only with shampoo (from the brand Tigi for blondes). I have tried many products, and this Chi one is very economical and worth attention. The key is not to overdo it like I did the first time.
This product is definitely not worth the money. I had long hair and it had absolutely no effect. I thought it would work better on heavy hair, but now that I have short hair, it still has no effect. Even the "Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light Overnight Nourishing Spray" for 62 UAH is better than this one.
This product is quite contradictory. I tried using it during winter and spring, and the result was straw-like, sticky hair as mentioned below, as if exposed to sea air and easily tangled. However, when I applied it during the summer at the beach, it had the opposite effect - my hair became nourished, soft, and moisturized. Now, during the summer, I use 2-3 pumps throughout the length of my hair as protection against dry summer air. My hair is natural and uncolored, but thin, reaching down to my waist.

One of my favorite products, I have ordered it not for the first time. I have long, curly, colored hair that is quite dry. After using the CHI conditioner, my hair becomes more lively, moisturized, and soft! It doesn't weigh down my hair, and if applied correctly (10-15 cm away from the roots), it won't make it look greasy. So far, I haven't found any alternatives, so I highly recommend this product!
