I have been using this shampoo for many years. I am very satisfied with the entire line, and the hair silk from this series is simply amazing. It seals the ends and protects them during hot styling.

This shampoo is good, it washes the hair very well. However, if left on the hair for too long, it can dry it out and even a mask may not help. After some time, I was able to learn how to use it properly. Just lather and rinse as quickly as possible. Then the hair is shiny, clean for a long time, but not dried out.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever had.

Right now, I'm using a solid balm called "Kosa," but when it runs out, I will definitely buy from Chi. I give it 5 stars because I'm just amazed, I recommended it to my friend, she also bought it and is very satisfied.

I also apply a spray before blow-drying, it doesn't have to be from the same brand. It is very economical to use and sulfate-free. The scent is unreal, like perfume, and it stays on the hair for a long time. I will definitely order it again.

I didn't like it, I definitely won't order it again. I am one of those people for whom it is very important that the shampoo lathers well. This one doesn't lather well yet... After rinsing off the shampoo, the hair feels very unpleasant to touch. After using conditioner, I apply heat protection from Kerastase and silk from CHI (I'm thrilled with the silk). After blow-drying, the hair looks normal. But again, the shampoo from Siose is 2.5 times cheaper and the hair looks much better with it.

This shampoo is not bad and can be bought on sale. I can't say that my hair gets greasier faster because of it, as the weather outside is very humid, and that's natural. I use it together with the conditioner from the same line, and I don't see any tangles. In this combination, my hair is styled very easily and beautifully. The conclusion is: 1. You can never do without a conditioner, 2. This line is designed for those who regularly style their hair, hence the very beautiful result. For example, after using the Redken shampoo, my hair feels nicer to touch, but I'm not willing to pay 600+ UAH for it. However, if I had to choose between Redken on sale and Chi, I would prefer Redken.

The shampoo didn't work for me; my hair becomes greasier much faster with it. Before, I used to wash my hair every three days, but now my hair feels unrefreshed by the second day. I have porous, light brown hair, and previously I used the Argan oil line, which I can say worked much better for me.

The shampoo is extremely drying for the hair. Even when using the conditioner from the same series, detangling becomes a nightmare. The hair gets tangled, and a significant amount of silk and other products are needed to untangle it after washing. It feels like the product removes all the moisture from the hair. Personally, I did not like the shampoo and conditioner, but the silk from this line is decent.

Even oils have already solved this problem. I applied them a little on damp hair, and if I wanted even more shine, I would apply them on dry hair - the result was salon-like. My hair is long, and it's easier to comb after using the oil. That's why I decided to try the shampoo! It's thick and will last for a long time. I wash my hair less frequently, which is also a plus. I used the shampoo for a month before writing this review, but I have been using different mini bottles of CHI oils for half a year. However, I settled on this series because I liked the scent more.
