I am extremely satisfied with this shampoo. My child had very severe cradle cap, but after the first use, almost everything cleared up. The only thing you need to do is to leave the product on for a certain amount of time and massage the scalp well. Thank you very much for this wonderful product.

We used the shampoo as it is written in the description on the makeup - but the description does not mention anything about applying it three times, only once. Therefore, with a single application of the shampoo, the flakes did not disappear. Although the ingredients are good, it is like that.

I decided to try this product as there were many positive reviews. My child is 4 months old and has a crust. We have been using the shampoo for 3 weeks with no results - well, maybe her condition has slightly improved. People write that it clears up after just one use, but I have experienced firsthand that this is not possible. On the bright side, it has a nice scent, foams well, and is not bad for a first baby shampoo.

I am not satisfied with the fact that I received an old version of the shampoo, even though the photo shows the updated version. When I placed the order, I was confident that I would receive the new one! Additionally, I would like to receive an explanation of the expiration date.

Good day! I ordered this shampoo when my son was 3.5 months old and his scalp started to develop seborrheic dermatitis. After using the shampoo (we bathed every other day), his scalp became softer but the condition did not completely disappear. After a month, I accidentally bought a comb with thick teeth and it worked really well in combing everything out. Of course, I continued using the shampoo for another week because some flakes would still appear here and there. But now they're gone. So, in my case, it was the combination of the shampoo and a good comb.

The shampoo is pretty good. My child doesn't let me comb their scalp, so we just wash it with this shampoo. That's why the final result will take some time, but it's still better than before. However, it doesn't have any scent at all, and after washing, the hair gets greasy quickly.
