The One Man Show fragrance unveils the world of the true man. Here, a complex and multifaceted, sometimes sharp and contradictory male character resonates. It merges a multitude of roles and images that men try on themselves day after day, depending on the situation and mood.
One Man Show belongs to the chypre fragrances, thus it may initially sound quite sharp. The top notes feature spicy motifs of bergamot, basil, and caraway, diluted with galbanum, rosewood, palisander, and artemisia. The "heart" notes fill the fragrance with scents of flowers and spices. Here are frankincense, patchouli, and clove, delicate rose and fragrant jasmine, geranium, vetiver, nutmeg, and the scent of green pine. The rich "heart" notes constantly change, shimmering and flowing from one to another. The delivery was excellent. I have been using this fragrance since 1987. It is a classic chypre scent. The longevity has decreased since 2000, but it still lasts on me for a day. The quality is much higher than the price. Most high-end perfumes don't even come close to it.

First of all, I forgot to mention something. Overall, it doesn't have a chemical smell, but rather a natural one, like being in a forest. I apply it now, in hot weather, and sometimes I really crave the scent of the forest. It doesn't hit my nose too strongly, which is rare for me, especially at this price. I have Rasasi Fattan (similar but not a clone of Terre d'Hermes), Montblanc Explorer, and Versace Dylan Blue - the first two are a strong chemical attack on the nose, Dylan is pleasant but not recommended to apply too close to the nose. In general, OMS is probably the best option for its price, at least from what I know, although I don't know much.

The fragrance, in my opinion, slightly differs from those released in the 80s (I still have remnants of perfume from 1984). It is quite long-lasting, even after washing clothes, the scent is still noticeable. I recommend fragrance enthusiasts not to hesitate. I have been using this toilet water since my student years, both the regular Jacques Bogart and the classic Bogart, alternating between them. Of course, over the course of 35 years, many other worthy fragrances have appeared, but it is always nice and enjoyable to come back to these periodically. As they say, everyone has their own taste and preferences.
As for my purchase of a 30ml bottle, I didn't notice any significant difference. The notes are the same, and the overall experience is unchanged. I bought the smaller size because I already have a handful of other fragrances for different moods.

I am very disappointed. My husband always bought One Man Show at a professional perfume store in our city. The scent was very long-lasting, even after washing clothes, the scent could still be smelled. But these perfumes are not long-lasting at all, the scent lasts for 5 minutes. In addition to the review from September 19th, I would like to mention that the scent is long-lasting. I purchased the 100ml size, and it came with a tiny shaving cream, which is most likely made in the Emirates, judging by the hieroglyphs. I want to emphasize again that the scent is strictly chypre, and it may not appeal to everyone. Two sprays (one on the left and one on the right): it confidently leaves a trail for about 2 hours. Then, the trail gradually diminishes, and the scent stays close to the body. The final note can be detected for up to a day. I appreciate MAKEUP for their excellent service!

I evaluate One Man Show as a very good chypre perfume. Of course, there's no accounting for taste (and smell): everyone has their own preferences. What is good for a Russian might not be good for a German, so I advise testing it before buying, because this scent is not for genderless boys, but specifically for men. I mainly use this fragrance during the autumn-winter period.
I searched for a long time for the date and expiration date on the packaging. I found it on the bottle itself, with the last date being November 2020.

I was really disappointed with this fragrance. I actually really liked it, but it turns out that my boss used it. I gave it as a gift to my son-in-law... but my daughter rejected it and said it smells like an old man. I bought Bogart One Man Show. It's a really cool item. The fragrance is complex and sophisticated. If you spray it once (and no more), the scent will last on your clothes (sweater) until you wash it. The price for this perfume is incredibly cheap, considering how long-lasting it is. It will last you for a while, but eventually, you might want to try something different. Don't hesitate to buy it, especially if you're over 35, although everyone has different tastes... My whole apartment smells great.
