The L’Oréal artificial pigment remover features a gommage-like consistency, designed to eliminate dye pigments, making it suitable for future coloring in a lighter shade or for lightening the original color.
Efassor aids in removing unwanted hair dye. This product is ideal for those looking to lighten their hair and is intended for use by professional stylists.
The gommage contains ingredients that protect the hair from the effects of chemicals. Your hair will remain vibrant, light, and soft, without split ends or dryness.
L’Oréal Professionnel Efassor works effectively and quickly, ensuring excellent lightening results. It is not recommended for use on natural hair!-
Mix one packet of Efassor powder with 60 ml of boiling water and stir thoroughly. Place the container with the mixture in a water bath. Apply the mixture to dry, colored hair, starting from the ends. Do not apply to natural hair! Use a sponge to apply the mixture to each strand, ensuring it foams up continuously. The entire process should not take more than 20 minutes. Do not use on hair dyed with henna!

This is a good product, but now I need 4-5 individual packets. Please sell them separately. It's not very convenient to buy a whole package(((
I wanted to clean the background without drastically changing the color. And... my blonde hair turned yellow, bright yellow like a chick. However, yes, it became monochromatic. The quality of my hair is terribly dry, I immediately trimmed the ends and now I'm trying to restore them. The 3% toning barely took and washes out quickly. Think a hundred times before doing it.
I am satisfied with this product. After the restoration procedure, my hair is dry, but it's not that bad in my opinion. The background is clear. I had a "dirty 6th" before, and now it's a full 6th. I did it myself, but it's better to have it done by a specialist. This product works quite aggressively. I immediately toned it with ammonia-free 1.8 oxide. Thanks to Makeup! As always, everything is clear and fast!
This product is really cool. Please sell it in packets!
Great product. I had blue hair that faded to green, so I decided to remove the dye. I used 2 packets on my shoulder-length hair (1.5 packets would have been enough). The dye completely washed out, and the color became slightly lighter.
This product effectively removes dark paint from the skin. It is the only wipe that actually works out of all the ones I have tried.
I first used Efassor 5 years ago when I was removing black dye. I mixed it with a developer. The color faded to a rusty orange level 7. The quality of my hair suffered. That's why, for removing black dye, I prefer an acid wash - it keeps my hair in good condition.
This time, I was removing semi-permanent Schwarzkopf got2b dye. The pigment came off perfectly. It was even and my hair remained intact. Prior to this, no clarifying shampoos or oil masks were helpful.
I am sending my first review, which was before rinsing, and now I'm sharing a photo after rinsing. The result? Amazing. My hair didn't fall out or become brittle.
I will always buy it. The best harmless option for color removal. From a 5.4 copper shade, it washed out to a slightly yellowish blonde in one go. However, I followed the instructions and diluted it with a 6% Loreal Inoa developer.
Great product! Thank you Makeup for listening to customers and selling it in individual sachets instead of packs.
For short hair, 1.5 sachets were enough. One would have been too little, and 2 would have been too much. The whole process only took 10 minutes! The result is excellent. Well, this is not my first time using this product. The key is to follow the instructions and work on the strands multiple times without letting them cool down.
You don't need to apply and hold it like the girl below wrote. This is not hair dye, you need to constantly emulsify the product by adding it with a sponge, as if "soaping" the strands.
From level 2 (almost black), I became a redhead (about level 5), and now I can comfortably dye my hair to level 4, as planned. It minimally dried out my hair. You just need to use some hair masks to restore the hair a bit, as the procedure is not the most beneficial.
Thank you for the fast delivery. I received this product and I am generally satisfied. It effectively neutralized the unsuccessful color, but now I have become a redhead.
Terrible! I ordered 2 packets of this product. I followed the instructions, left it on for 20 minutes the first time, but nothing happened at all. So, I decided to try the second packet, again following the instructions and left it on for 35 minutes. Still, no results. Not only did I not see any effects, but now I have to treat my hair. The roots turned red, even though my hair color is blonde, while the rest of my hair remained black. I was hoping for some kind of result, but I regret buying this product and now I don't know what to do with my hair. It's even difficult to comb through now.
I followed the instructions and used it with hot water. After an unsuccessful experiment with the shade, I only touch up the roots. I always dyed my hair with 5.77 and decided to try 5.00 to cover the gray hairs for sure. The color turned out darker and more intense, and the gray hairs disappeared. However, the rest of my hair had a shade of 6.4, which wasn't ideal, and it didn't wash out at all. When mixed with boiling water, it becomes foamy. I applied it for about 15 minutes and slightly warmed it with a hairdryer. It rinsed off easily with shampoo and the hair mask worked fine. I only applied it to the dark roots and a palm length of hair from them. The color became lighter, so I immediately covered it with 6.00. This product is not a lightening powder or a complete three-step color remover. I would recommend it for light tone correction rather than overall lightening.
The black color fades, but it dries out the hair too much and is unpleasant to use. It's better to choose a product with oxygen, as it helps distribute the color more evenly throughout the hair. If used without oxygen, it's likely that the color will turn out uneven, as it's difficult to cover each strand of hair. The hair becomes damaged. It's better to stick with the previous color and maintain the quality of the hair.
I have been coloring my hair with black thermonuclear henna for 7 (!) years. In one go, I lightened it to a light chestnut shade by mixing it with a 6% developer, using 75 ml for one sachet. The only downside is that my hair became hot (due to the metallic salts used to fix the henna). I kept it on for 40 minutes. My hair is dry, but tolerable. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Thank you to the store for the fast delivery and responsible courier. The pigment works well. I used 2 packets of pigment and 150g of 6% developer. I applied it quickly and left it on for at least 20 minutes. It lightened my hair and got rid of the red tone. I liked it. Thank you.
Thank you, Maykap, for the fast delivery! I fell in love with you from my first order!
However, I have some doubts about this product. When I used it with boiling water, my hair reacted as if I had used a 9% developer. I actually used a 3% developer to lighten my hair, but the end result was a questionable lightening from a level 6 to an 8-9. It turned out to be quite brassy and didn't match my natural ash-toned base. But, somehow, I managed to make it work!
I do not recommend it!!! No, not like that... I forbid buying this hair lightener!!! I decided to bleach the ends - as a result, I had to cut them off. It damaged my hair so much that they literally started falling apart, starting from the middle of the length. In the end, my beautiful waist-length locks turned into chicken feathers barely reaching my shoulders.
Thank you to this product and the stylist! Ladies, this is simply a lifesaver. Three months ago, I decided to dye my blonde hair chocolate brown... Oh my goodness! It was terrible... I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror :( The torment lasted for a month and a half, while I tried to figure out what to do. My hair was in bad condition, so the hairdressers refused to do a color removal. I was simply devastated, but in the end, I took a risk... I used two packs of this product on my hair, which reached the middle of my back. I just poured the mixture with hot water, timed it for 20 minutes. I'm grateful for my original blonde hair again :) Good luck and happiness to everyone! This product truly deserves a 5+ rating.
I am very satisfied with this product. Finally, I managed to lighten this annoying black color. Why did I even dye my hair black in the first place? I didn't get any results even when I tried to wash it out at the hair salon (I don't know what they used to wash it out). Another salon quoted me a price range of 2000 to 5000 (ridiculous). I managed to wash it out myself at home in just 30 minutes. It did dry out my hair a bit, but with a mask and oil, it's fine. I diluted it with hot water (not boiling water). I did it using a water bath. It took 3 packets for my thick medium-length hair. But I think it's better to get 4. I achieved a very cool shade, and I am very satisfied. There's no need to overpay crazy amounts of money. Thank you Make-Up for the fast delivery. I confidently recommend this product!
I followed the instructions as stated and did everything accordingly... However, it didn't clean anything; the black stains remained as they were before. I am disappointed, it feels like I wasted my money.
After using it twice with a 6% peroxide, I managed to remove the black color from my hair and lighten it to a light orange shade. It did dry out my hair quite a bit, but thankfully it didn't break. However, the guaranteed effect was totally worth it, and it only took one evening.
Great makeup remover, I've tried different ones and the black color always came back. But with this one, two packets were enough to completely get rid of the black pigment. Thank you.
It effectively removed the unsuccessful redwood hair dye by L'Oréal (which turned out to be a mix of red, black, and fiery red in some areas). I followed the instructions and diluted it with 60 ml of water, then lathered it up with a sponge - and it did an excellent job! Thank you MAKEUP for the fast delivery and the gifts!
I want to share my experience with this product... I ordered this product intending to have it done at a salon, but since the courier delivered it 3 days later, I had to cancel the appointment and do it myself instead.
This hair dye remover is absolutely amazing, especially when compared to Estelle, it is much more effective on black hair. However, I want to warn you that you should only use it with water and on a water bath (boiling water). It only lightens up to 3 shades maximum, but it doesn't damage the hair.
I bought two packets for my long bob, and I did it at home by myself. The first time I did it, there was a significant contrast between the upper and lower parts of my hair (the lower part was much darker, but it had a lot of stubborn black hair). To avoid having a patchy result like many people have mentioned, I only applied the second round of the product on the dark part of the ends, and it evened out the color. My hair was a little dry, but a hair mask fixed it right away. The color turned out to be a beautiful caramel tone, without any red or orange undertones. I wouldn't have dyed my hair again, but since my hair is porous and I wanted to add some shine, I chose a beige-brown shade.
Overall, I am very satisfied. It is an excellent and cost-effective alternative, easy to use, and gentle on the hair. Only positives! Thank you very much, Makeup!
A lifesaver, what else can I say :) I dyed my hair with a permanent blue color that turned green and got deeply embedded. I tried to lighten it, then dye it with blonde hair dye, and then even with chestnut. So, efassor removed absolutely everything, even the annoying green dye, and I became as light as before dyeing it blue. Beauty :) I diluted it with water, kept it for 15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised, my hair wasn't damaged at all. I recommend it! Thank you, MakeUp.
This is a really good product. Everyone talks about removing dark hair dye, but I will talk about removing a nuclear shade tint balm, color - ashy. On my light hair, it turned into a deep blue color. Three days of washing with shampoo, baking soda, and olive oil resulted in a grayish-blue color. Thank you to the makeup brand for the opportunity to quickly purchase such an effective product. You were my lifesaver today. Thank you. And now, about the action of this product: it removed, washed away, and left no trace of that awful blue color. And my hair didn't fall out. Thank you!
I have been dying my hair black for many years, but I wanted to change the color to light blonde. I tried washing it out three times. The first time, I diluted the dye with water, but it didn't wash out at all! The next two times, I diluted it with a 9% developer, and the black color washed out to a light ginger shade. My hair suffered a little, but not significantly. I am satisfied with the result.
I have been dyeing my hair with ammonia-free dye for a long time. It has always been a deep black color. This season, I decided to try ombre because it is very popular nowadays. Unfortunately, this hair dye did not work as expected, and the black pigment did not fade from my hair. Even after washing my hair, the ends did not lighten even by a shade. I followed the instructions provided by the manufacturer and used hot water.
I took a big risk because I did it myself (my mom applied the dye for me because I couldn't manage it on short hair). But I really wanted to remove the dark chestnut color with a reddish tint that our Ukrainian dye had given me. The result: after one wash, it lightened about 3 shades - I ended up with a somewhat reddish dark ash brown, only lighter at the front and ends where the "older" strands were. I immediately did a hair botox treatment with Ereb. It didn't dry out my hair too much. The only thing is, I tried dyeing it with ammonia-free dye on the same day, and it didn't really take :( Two packets were enough for my thick, short bob. I will definitely buy it again!
