The texture is sticky and repulsive. The dispenser is terrible and broke after just a couple of uses. In conclusion, it is completely ineffective. I had to simply throw away the remaining product. I apologize for the rare instance, but this product is terrible! It does not remove any puffiness or dark circles under the eyes. It is a complete waste of money! Straight from the refrigerator, it will go directly into the trash can!
