For aroma pendants: 1 drop. For rinsing: mix 1 drop with 0.5 teaspoon of an emulsifier (baking soda, salt, or honey) in a glass of warm water. For baths: full baths - 2-3 drops; warm sitz baths - 1-2 drops. For massages and rubs: use 2-6 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. For warm oil compresses: apply to areas of injury or pain (3 drops per 10 ml of oil). For nasal drops: mix 1 drop with 2-3 teaspoons of St. John's Wort oil and instill 3-4 drops into each nostril every 60-90 minutes. For enriching cosmetic products: add 1-3 drops per 5 ml of the base. For cosmetic ice: mix 1 drop with honey or cosmetic cream (1 teaspoon), dilute in 200 ml of water, and freeze in portions. Use to wipe the face, neck, and décolleté area in the morning and evening.
