Aromatherapy pendant: 1 drop. Gargling: 1 drop with 0.5 tsp of an emulsifier (such as baking soda, salt, or honey) in a glass of warm water. Baths: full - 2-3 drops; warm sitz baths - 1-2 drops. Massage, rubbing: 2-6 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. Compresses: warm oil compresses for injured or painful areas (3 drops per 10 ml of oil). Nasal drops: 1 drop per 2-3 tsp of St. John's wort oil, apply 3-4 drops in each nostril every 60-90 minutes. Enriching cosmetic products: 1-3 drops per 5 ml of base. Cosmetic ice: mix 1 drop with honey or cosmetic cream (1 tsp), dilute in 200 ml of water, and freeze in portions. Use to wipe the face, neck, and décolleté area in the morning and evening.
