I'm entering my second year of using all the products from this range without exception. Everything suits me perfectly. I have problematic hair—thin, frizzy, brittle, and wavy. With these products, I've managed to keep it under control. Even my hairdresser compliments the condition of my hair. I'm not sure if people with naturally good hair need this, but for me, it's a necessity that delivers decent results. While reviews are quite mixed, I give it a solid 5 stars. The usage is quite economical. I initially tried a small size, but now I buy the largest available. I'm currently on my third bottle. I wash my hair daily, sometimes twice a day, because I am very active in sports. I apply it with massaging motions only to the scalp and roots. Just a pea-sized amount is enough. I can’t imagine using shampoo without conditioner; it would probably be a disaster. I use more conditioner—2-3 pumps, applied along the length. Once a week, I use a mask and leave it on for 30 minutes. After each wash, I apply ampoules to the scalp and roots with massaging motions (one ampoule lasts for 3-4 uses). I apply serum to the lengths. I use a spray lotion every time I brush my hair—2-3 spritzes on the scalp and then spread it along the length. I recommend this comprehensive approach to truly evaluate the products. Otherwise, it's not worth spending money on just a shampoo. The mask, lotion, and serum can be considered as separate products and combined with other brands. For now, I plan to continue using this range. I'm happy when the products I need in the right quantities are available on sale at my go-to store.

I have very thin and fragile hair. I have tried numerous hair products from different categories, but this conditioner, along with the 4.1 shampoo, gave the best result. My hair has become thicker, smoother, and more vibrant, and it breaks less. It also feels like there is more hair. I also went through a 3.4.1 hair loss treatment and noticed a lot of new hair growth and less hair falling out. This system saved my hair after pregnancy. I highly recommend it!

The conditioner is great, it makes combing my hair easy. It doesn't make my hair greasy even if I apply it to the roots. I apply it to slightly towel-dried hair and leave it on for about 10 minutes.

I really liked this conditioner, it made my hair feel like it had just been treated with a hair mask, and the effect lasted for about 10 minutes. However, when I applied it to the roots (as indicated on the packaging), my hair quickly became greasy and weighed down. When I avoided applying it to the roots, it worked much better. My hair was easy to comb, smooth, and shiny. I also use a hair mask from the same brand, and I'm very satisfied with it too. It adds a lot of shine and nourishment to my hair. I have highlighted, thin hair. After using the conditioner, my hair is simply amazing - moisturized, shiny, and over time, the quality of my hair has improved. It is now more elastic and well-groomed, and it feels like there is more hair on my head. Unlike certain brands that make your hair feel slick, this conditioner makes it abundant and voluminous. I definitely recommend giving it a try - the effect is wow!

Along with the conditioner, I also bought the mask from this series. My hairdresser recommended applying the mask first, as the shampoo opens the hair cuticles, allowing the mask to penetrate, moisturize, and restore the hair structure. Then, the conditioner should be applied, as it closes the hair cuticles.

I only apply the conditioner along the length of my hair, avoiding the roots, for 5-10 minutes. The conditioner has a normal smell (I don't like the smell of the mask from this series), and it smoothens the hair very nicely, making it feel heavy and nourished. Perhaps using this mask and conditioner with the shampoo from the same series (maybe there will be an even better effect) is worth considering, but for now, I am using a different shampoo (anti-dandruff).

After blow-drying, my hair is smooth, pleasant to touch, and less frizzy. After 1.5 months of using this mask and conditioner, I can see that my hair has become healthier (both in appearance and touch).
