Eau de Toilette can perform many wonders. With just a few drops of fragrant liquid, a woman can highlight her best attributes and amplify her natural charm.
First by Van Cleef & Arpels is the inaugural fragrance from the French jewelry brand, which, alongside various precious gems, adorns women with rich elegance and charm. The enchanting floral-aldehyde scent captivates from the first notes with the freshness of blackcurrant and bergamot. The aldehyde note, like a pristine diamond, is transparent and invisible, yet it bestows a unique elegance upon the wearer. The feminine allure is enhanced by notes of jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang, and hyacinth, all enveloped in a seductive trail of vetiver, vanilla, sandalwood, and amber.
First by Van Cleef & Arpels is a fragrance for stylish women whose image is impeccably maintained, combining aristocratic elegance with feminine charm!
I have been a fan of this fragrance variation, Un air de first, for many years. It is a luxurious aldehyde perfume, a true neo-classic, refined, sparkling, and moderately strict. Unfortunately, I cannot find it anywhere. I tried the original First, but it is too sweet. For the first two hours, all I can smell is overwhelming honeyed jasmine, and then a hint of woody notes appears, but without any elegance. The scent is long-lasting, even trail-like, and fans of expensive mainstream fragrances should like it.
The fragrance is lovely! I purchased both the eau de parfum and the eau de toilette as backup options. They are both fantastic! The eau de parfum initially has a reserved scent, but then it beautifully unfolds, while the eau de toilette immediately reveals a bouquet of narcissus. The longevity is excellent. I have no doubt about its authenticity as I have been using perfumes for many years. The scent has slightly changed, becoming simpler, but it brings back a wonderful sense of nostalgia.
I bought this fragrance from MakeUp about three years ago, but not the toilet water, but the perfumed water, and there is just a little left in the bottle... So, the scent is simply amazing!!! It's a bit sharp at first, but then it unfolds into a rich, noble, refined, truly French bouquet, nothing like "Red Moscow" comes close. I had these perfumes at one time (the original ones!), so I have something to compare them to, and the sound of the modern version is practically the same - super!!! Well, if someone likes simple flat scents (for jeans and sneakers), then of course, this one is not for you.
I bring this fragrance from my trips abroad (last year I bought it in Brussels, this year, two weeks ago, I brought it from Rome). It is a bombastic, elegant, and noble scent, it does not smell like any Red Moscow. For lovers of the modern mass-market and indistinctly similar "compotes", it may initially seem heavy, but on the skin, it transforms into an extremely delicate and elusive fragrance. I am not a fan of heavy, sweet, and suffocating oriental scents, but I like almost all Chanel fragrances. In comparison to them, they seem too synthetic and do not play as well as this crystal-clear, sophisticated jasmine-floral fragrance, combined with a hint of the scent of delicate leather and silky notes.
I bought it for my mother and she loved it! Everyone is happy with it, I highly recommend it to everyone.
For many years, my acquaintance tortured me with this fragrance, as it is her favorite. I had to sit next to her almost holding my nose. I love dense, rich, and characterful scents, but this one is simply torture, although it is very long-lasting. But again, everyone has their own tastes and preferences. But for me, this fragrance is a nightmare :-)) Yes, it really smells like Red Moscow, even worse than a sharp men's cologne (my acquaintance always had the original). I am surprised by reviews about counterfeits, to be honest. I have been dealing with this store for more than 2 years, bought enough perfumes - not a single mistake, except for a couple of crushed boxes.
This fragrance does not match the original. It smells similar to Red Moscow or a sharp men's cologne!
