It gives volume. It suits me well, I use the entire volume series.
This shampoo is great! It cleanses just as well as other shampoos and delivers the promised effect. It also provides volume. However, if you want to lift the roots and achieve a wow effect, I recommend using the spray from the same product line.

I got close to the desired effect with iFiber from Loreal Professional (yes, it's a men's product). But I continued my search for the "philosopher's stone".
Without much hope, I decided to order Frida (on the recommendation of Mark Kaufman) and OH MY GOD! After blow-drying, I was stunned by my own reflection in the mirror. WHERE DID ALL THIS HAIR COME FROM AND WHERE WAS IT BEFORE??!
It's been an hour now, like a bewildered monkey at a parade, I walk past the mirror and can't believe it. The effect is astonishing and it LASTS!

I really like John Frieda's Blossom Me hair care line. Not all of the products work perfectly for me, but I do have some favorites. And this shampoo is definitely one of them. Despite having thick, porous, and curly hair, this shampoo suits me perfectly. It leaves my hair lively, not overly dried out, and lightweight, with a smooth texture.
This shampoo is excellent. It cleanses well, leaves the hair soft, and most importantly, it provides the long-awaited volume. I have natural hair with a short haircut, but it is very heavy and achieving volume is very difficult. This shampoo did the job 100%. I'm glad I found it.

I bought it with the conditioner. If used together, it weighs down the hair. If you want wow volume, use just the shampoo.
