I have been using this complex for the third time now. I am satisfied with it. My hair feels alive and looks good. Although the shampoo and conditioner do not provide much volume, my hair does not lie flat on my head like a pancake. The volume becomes noticeable when I blow dry it after applying the spray.

I really liked this shampoo. I have been using it for 2 months. I have thin hair without volume and an oily scalp. The shampoo doesn't make my hair greasy, but I still have to wash it every other day. It doesn't make my hair frizzy or dry. It does provide a slight thickening effect. However, don't expect your hair to magically lift from the roots, as that only happens in fairy tales. But if you dry your hair by flipping your head or give it a little help with brushing, the volume is excellent! I'm not talking about long-lasting styling though.

Without much hope, I decided to order Frida (on the recommendation of Mark Kaufman) and OH MY GOD! After blow-drying, I was stunned by my own reflection in the mirror. WHERE DID ALL THIS HAIR COME FROM AND WHERE WAS IT BEFORE??!
It's been an hour now, like a bewildered monkey at a parade, I walk past the mirror and can't believe it. The effect is astonishing and it LASTS!

I really like John Frieda's Blossom Me hair care line. Not all of the products work perfectly for me, but I do have some favorites. And this shampoo is definitely one of them. Despite having thick, porous, and curly hair, this shampoo suits me perfectly. It leaves my hair lively, not overly dried out, and lightweight, with a smooth texture.
This shampoo is excellent. It cleanses well, leaves the hair soft, and most importantly, it provides the long-awaited volume. I have natural hair with a short haircut, but it is very heavy and achieving volume is very difficult. This shampoo did the job 100%. I'm glad I found it.
