The test is conducted using freshly collected urine. Morning urine is best for the test as it contains a higher concentration of the hormone hCG.
Collect the urine sample in a clean and dry container.
Right before performing the test, open the foil pouch by tearing it.
Remove the test strip and the plastic dropper from the pouch. The pouch also contains a desiccant, which should be discarded with regular household waste.
Place the test strip on a flat surface.
Dip the tip of the plastic dropper into the collected urine. Squeeze the top of the dropper to fill it with urine.
Slowly dispense 3 full drops of urine into the round window on the test strip.
To ensure accurate results, hold the dropper vertically, about 1 cm above the surface of the test strip, allowing large, freely falling drops without air bubbles.
Observe the movement of the urine sample across the test area T and the control area C of the test.
Wait for the appearance of colored lines in the result window. Read the test result 2-5 minutes after placing the urine in the round window on the test strip.
If no colored line appears, wait an additional minute. Do not consider any result obtained after 10 minutes.
