As a cream: Apply the oil-balm and massage each problem area (thighs, buttocks, abdomen) for 2 minutes. The duration of the massage should allow enough time for the treatment and its slimming active ingredients to fully absorb.

As a mask-wrap: Generously apply the balm to each thigh once a week, then wrap the thighs with cotton strips for 15–30 minutes. Finally, remove the strips and gently massage in any excess product.
