It dries out the skin and causes an allergic reaction and redness, even though the skin is not sensitive.
This product is extremely drying for oily skin. After using the scrub, the face immediately feels tight. It is too aggressive for both oily and sensitive skin. Personally, I found the Cattier Gommage Argile clay scrub to be much better suited for me as it has a gentler effect and cleans the pores excellently.
The scrub is highly suitable for oily and combination skin types. However, it is recommended to use the "Garnier" 3 in 1 scrub (scrub + mask + face wash) as it provides better cleansing and enhances the complexion.
The scrub effectively does its job, but in my opinion, it is very runny and has a scent reminiscent of men's shaving creams. I gifted it to my husband, but I won't be buying it again. :(
Great facial scrub!
I use it as a body scrub, thinking that something made for the face would be gentler. And oh, it works better for its purpose than the sugar scrub for the body from the same brand. I like it, I will definitely buy it again. I also used it a couple of times to cleanse the skin on my chin and nose. I have very sensitive skin, but there was no dryness or irritation. I rate it 4+, but for the décolleté area, I will look for something rougher.
